Rugged design aesthetic; ergonomic design: bumpers, hand grips, & bi-state handles; unique display cover with ball hinge mount (doubles as kick stand, sun shade, and stows flat).

Existing systems require operators to be stationed in one location or to use a secondary transport device.
A mouse is not the most appropriate tool. According to operators, a mouse is cumbersome due to a lack of flat usable surfaces, and cords which tend to get in the way.
Existing systems require many separate bulky attachments to analyze the amount and type of data required.

To overcome the most common issues reported by equipment operators we worked with Aeroflex to develop a device that is not only a fraction of the size, but which is exponentially more capable thanks to a modular CPU designed around interchangeable PXI cards. What was once a bulky tower of equipment is now a rugged hand-held touchscreen device.
